No pros at all. Seriously nothing.
Cons
Lay off, Firing, wrong decisions and a dangerous CTO. No job guaranty at all. Anyone can get fired at any moment for silly reasons or for no reason. There are many such examples. No one can question the CTO and if someone questions, the very next day he/she will get fired. No process and no ethics. Higher management/investors are still believing that the company is going in a growing path. CTO always using bad words in between his american English and hell lot of politics around him. Talented and hard working people are not getting recognized. No transparency in recruitment process. No value for HR and surely not a good place to work. The one and only fun activity is happening in the name of PW 2.0
