Pros
When I started there were a lot of perks: free daily lunches, unlimited PTO & flexible WFH, good benefits, 401k (no matching), while working with fun and talented co-workers who kept pushing the company forward.
Cons
Management has no clue where the company is headed and is reactive - not proactive. They have no women in leadership positions, and barely any women working at the company. Perhaps the worst part is that leadership isn't held accountable because of the lack of an HR department; bosses making mistakes, an employee harassing others with vulgar name calling(creating a toxic work environment), and questionable hiring practices. After the first round of lay-offs (back in May) morale was low - I can't imagine what it's sunk to now that they've laid off half the company. They're also starting to outsource a ton of work in an attempt to be profitable- customers beware as well.
