Pros

remotely, young employees and people that know their stuff (other than management)

Terribl ownership and management. Micro management. Management that don’t care about people or sustainability. Only out for profit. Micro management. No experience but also don’t take advice from people

Pros

- Cozero has some very good employees, both as people and as professionals. - It is actually a nice place to work at because you have flexibility in your schedule

Cons

- Salaries are average to low - Benefits apart from the flexi work are non existent - The product is a mess, constant bugs, features done and then never touched again, there are fires constantly whenever users try to make use of Cozero - Management is just inexperienced to say the least, maybe they provided value at the start but now they are the ones holding back the company - Management does not listen to the people they hire. The amount they listen is proportional the status of the person they hire, classical statusist. - There are many people leaving which cannot be a good sign for the rest of us - Customer care is weird, they ignore some customers but put incredible effort to satisfy some of the tiniest requests from others -

Pros

- Great and grounded mission to have a positive impact on climate change by helping other companies drive climate actions - Diverse, friendly and motivated team that pushes for innovative solutions within the complex universe of emissions data and calculations - Real remote and in-person culture. Remote collaboration works seamlessly and with flexibility, complemented by a nice office and good casual lunches that help us connect with the team.

Cons

- Carbon accounting is an uncertain space, and that brings a lot of complexity to the product development and decisions. - It's a small team that requires us to jump into different roles every day and to manage a lot of context switching.
