Pros

* Some good people working there. * Not a lot of demands for overtime.

Cons

* Poor healthcare options * Extremely political environment. * Here and now greatly outweighs the future. They have no respect for quality at all and play the react instead of plan mentality. * No respect for employees, even though outward appearances suggested they did when I was looking. * Micromanagement is a way of life * Lack of procedures even though they have lots of policies and strange expectations. * Lack of documentation, mixed with the high turn over means getting information on things is painful. * Lack of strong planning results in trying to do several major changes all at the same time. * Sales is left to sale whatever, instead of restricted to what we can actually provide.

Pay and benefits. Insurance was good as well.

Management is extremely self focused and does not care for their emplyees.
