- Very diverse leadership team driven by the CEO - strong employee support. amazing healthcare benefits and other benfits as well. it is clear that leadership really cares - high, but fair expectations - Regular team offsites to drive team building - remote first flexibility - opportunities to take ownership

- Difficult to find. Maybe the only one being that sales cycles are long, but thats just part of the industry
