Cons
1. Corrupted management 2. You can be a group lead even if you have no qualifications for it 3. You can go up faster if you know how to kiss thier 'bottom' 4. No benefits whatsoever 5. If you do good 1000 times and u receive a csat 3 once, all your good deeds will be disregard 6. You will not get rewarded for your achievements (employee of the month award is NOT a reward. It has no use whatsoever later in life.) 7. NO CAREER ADVANCEMENT AT ALL! 8. If you change to a different technology which is harder than your current technology, no increment at all 9. No increment AT ALL! ('bonus' if you dont take mc for a year is not a bonus, that's an incentive) 10. Most of the teams are being lead by a group lead that doesn't even know the process flow of the job or the team lead that is rude (with exception for dawn and desktop team)
