      Pros

      Progressive IT incubator group. Always looking for the next new thing. At the Director level I have been encouraged to continue researching current trends and cutting edge disruptive startups. Highly respectful of work life balance. Allows some degree of telecomuting.

      Cons

      Salary a little less competitive than others but that is offset by free benefits with an excellent insurance package and the home and work life considerations.

      Pros

      The company always has their employees best interests in mind. The information required to complete tasks is readily available and shared freely.

      Cons

      I am having a difficult time filling out this field. Although there are positives and negatives within all organizations, coming up with something glaring is simply not possible.
