Everyone on the executive team is an accomplished leader and they are driven by their core values.

Great for growth, but can be overwhelming without strong time management or clear processes. Processes are still being built, which can create ambiguity or require extra initiative to navigate, but can be a great fit for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problem, and helping shape how things are done.

Good bonus potential.. if you’re at the right shop.
