Pros
Small, intimate company that really cares about their employees, the students and the families of their students. I got a lot of satisfaction knowing I was helping prepare and empower students into adulthood. Owner gave me a stellar recommendation for my next employer.
Cons
Sometimes had to deal with protective parents that made it a challenge to get straight answers from students, but they usually came around as long as the student was improving and we clearly showed the parents where the child was in their process. It also helped when at least one of the applied schools was the parent's choice.
