1yWe have 50 people and our management team have a combined 20 years of crypto and management experience. Also, we have never had a compliance officer in East Poland, so we are not sure where this comment came from.

Fully remote but they use a time tracker and screen monitoring tool to check if you are working, there is bonus of any amount from 20-80USD if the month's performance is good - can be every month
Cons
Lack of structure, career progression and job security, pay is low for the tech/crypto industry

Work life balance is pravelent. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Opportunity to grow within the company if you're proactive.
Cons
High-pressure environment, especially during peak trading hours. Need to stay constantly updated with crypto trends, which can be demanding. Limited structured training—self-learning is key.
