Cons
Company doesn't care about employees or give any incentive to go above and beyond. Owners are out of touch with employees and reality. They reject structural issues across departments and make poor decisions in private that they do not share with the rest of the organization. Gaslighting is a common occurrence, and you'll be led to believe you have a voice with venues to provide feedback, but remember that it will not matter if it does not impact the bottom line. There is no actual avenue to provide feedback about leadership and they will not invest in your growth. Think twice before joining this "organization" and get paid to be valued elsewhere.
