Pros
This is a great opportunity if you are a recent college graduate in Computer Science to gain practical work experience teaching programming to kids. Management does the work of finding you kids interested in taking a summer coding camp. Your job is to answer their questions as they work through the given curriculum, or you can take matters into your own hand and write code outside of the paid hours to create example projects to be prepared for class and make learning the concepts interesting. However, that work pays off in gaining experience coding and most kids like the lectures as they are all beginners.
Cons
Like all small businesses in the educational field, their strategy is to grow organically, requiring you to work for a low wage and is performance based to receive more new kids to increase the number of classes that you can teach.
