Pros

Not sure about the previous review, not sure when that person worked here. Supervisor is helpful and knowledgeable about how to resolve the issues​ I need help with. Yes, we get a lot of calls, if we didn't we wouldn't have a job, that's the idea of a help desk. As to bring chained to our desks, that's not accurate, being in an active call center means you can't have people going to lunch whenever they want, the phones​ need to be answered when customers call in. Maybe the previous reviewer didn't understand our like that and that caused the issue with management...

Cons

Pay is a little lower than I'd like. Benefits could use improvement and the worst thing about the health benefits is that their benefit year starts in July instead of January, so if you have the possibility of coverage with your spouse you can't change plans at the annual enrollment period since they enrollment period don't align with most companies.
