Work structure Team members given lots of autonomy and responsibility to structure their own work. Employees are always trying to help and support each other out where possible. Team Very smart group of people who excel in what they do. This feeling pushes you to always do your best to meet the high standard. They're also all a lot of fun to work, there are a lot of laughs, and very kind people. Meeting up for biannual offsites is genuinely a pleasure. Culture and benefits Management makes you feel very well taken care of and cared about. Climatiq is a rarity in being a startup that genuinely offers fully flexible work, remote and hybrid work, workation etc.
