-Met some great people (colleagues and fans), especially with those to love baseball -Always on your feet, you will be required to do just about everything -Right there with the action, alot of energy flowing during game day
Cons
-Out-dated systems and software -Not much mobility -Difficult to go from being a seasonal employee to being a full time employee
