Pros
I have been working at ClearPathGPS for over a year and look forward to going to work everyday. With a close family-like office culture everyone has a visible and positive impact on the growth of the company. All departments work very closely with one another and there has never been the feeling of there being a wall between them. Working in the heart of down town Santa Barbara with a naturally lit office also contributes to having both happy employees and a positive work environment.
Cons
The only con to some would be if you come into ClearPathGPS looking for the corporate job feel and management style. Having worked at that level it is not like that at all. Be prepared to wear multiple hats and work with and sometimes along side other departments as we function very much like a larger team working towards common goals.
