In recent months, employee flexibility was reduced, including the removal of remote work options and stricter enforcement of shortened lunch breaks. Communication from upper management was often lacking, and there appeared to be limited transparency or empathy in decision-making processes.
The workplace culture was difficult, with noticeable issues related to work-life balance and employee morale. Advancement opportunities were minimal, with infrequent raises, bonuses, or internal promotions. Overall, the environment did not foster professional development or a supportive experience for employees.
