Management is a joke. It's really far far worse than you can imagine. Managers have no boundaries, will say whatever comes into their heads without any concern for it's affect on the employee. Rudeness, and in some cases, flat out going against health standards. KEYWORD: ROACHES. Accusing employees of faking Covid tests, when tests and doctor notes are provided, telling employees they better show up, even if sick. Discussing not only their deeply personal lives in meetings, but also speculating on the personal lives of employees in meetings. So completely inappropriate. Spreading rumors. Lack of communication. Shaming employees for various perceived sleights. Management is a buddy club. Trips together, yacht rentals, hanging out. Forget trying to get an issue solved with one manager by speaking to another one. All of the managers and Bar Leads are besties, you will NOT be heard and nothing will be done. Absolutely nothing. Ever. Corporate needs to flush the toilet on the managers in this location and start over. Glassdoor does not allow naming names, but trust me, WORK ELSEWHERE. The crazy part is, I have a close friend who works for CH in another state, and his experience is STELLAR. He loves his team and his environment. Sadly, the Sahara location in Las Vegas is poisonous. DO NOT work here.
