Very organized and professional with a wide range of workable hours and great clients.

High turnover rate especially during COVID, it was confusing for some of the clients.

Job is rewarding in many ways it has a lot of hours available. You are always needed, and there are options to be reassigned to different client's which allows for a flexible schedule.

Job is hard and takes a caring person who is not squeamish. The pay is not great but when you are nice, you can get taken advantage of due to lack of employees and sometimes overwhelming amount of need of the clients.
