Pros
Training really prepares you for ABA
Cons
well the CEO during our annual meeting accused employees of calling out sick for being hungover. Then some of the supervisors tend to have a lot of favoritism. If you're lucky not to work in the center you will avoid this problem. Employees act like it is high school and talk about everyone and anyone behind there back. They even form clicks, I wouldn't be shocked if they had names for themselves. When going in there you have to brace yourself, because you never know what peoples moods are. Most senior BIs and BIs are overworked because of the high turnover rate. They keep getting clients but still don't have many BIs for them. Under paid for this work. Most companies pay more. HR is horrible I can't even begin explaining. If you never have to deal with them on a serious level than you will do fine. You only get 3 unexcused absences per 6 months and 3 excused doctor absences per 6 months after that you go on probation and possible fired if you have anything else with it like dress code violation or not calling scheduling because you are running late between clients.
