Pros
Offered above competitive compensation. Had some good people who I had an opportunity to work with. Celerity also did a comprehensive training week when I started. They spend a lot of money treating us to lunch during our training too. 1 very positive thing I can say about the organization is they allowed for 1 half day of volunteer work for an approved charity each quarter.
Cons
Often changed or baited and switched compensations after someone joined the organization. Often would attract talent to join under "we are different" "better" and then later use them for staff aug. or lay them off due to lost client contracts. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.
