Not flexible work schedule and must stick to the work schedule Long hours of sitting in front of computer and dealing with customer issues that can be stressful and give you headaches Communication is not the best when it comes to delivery drivers, although, they are trying their best. There is always constant changes in workflows and employees have to be very adaptable
