I co-founded this credit union service organization to grow credit unions in their mission to make a difference in the lives of their members and in the communities they serve. Every day, I get to work side-by-side with a great team of talented people who share our passion for improving lives through increasing financial access and opportunity.

None that our team can’t solve.

Fast paced, challenging at times but proper planning and Prioritization of short term and long term goals make this a fun and worthy place of employment. The company is client focused and all activities are centered on what is the best interest of the customer. Personally I have seen the loyalty of management first hand as they have been very very supportive of me as I have endured health issues. The environment is team oriented with a great deal of synergy between the teams and individual team members.

There is some required weekend and off hour work. But this is due to job function and satisfying the needs of our customers. Flex hours and replacement time off is used to offset the not normal work time.
