Toxic - Program Manager CMSD Employee Review

Toxic work environment. No communication up or down the organization. Staff is belittled at meetings, micromanaged, lied to and not supported. Senior executives enjoy being condescending to employees. Most of the trades people are under-trained, disgruntled, undependable and argumentative. There is no team at CMSD.
