Half day Wednesdays for everyone

High turnover rate, no discipline for students and bad behavior, funding from DS only goes to administration and new furniture and office decorations while the classrooms depend on donations, archaic methods of communication especially during moments of immediate support, very low pay, faculty and staff does not reflect the student body in culture or diversity, administration does not provide teachers and staff with the tools and support that they need to do their jobs to the best of their ability, young/new staff is treated very differently from staff that has been there a while—their true colors come out, what is seen in the websites and all of the marketing is the complete opposite of what happens inside the building—the show and spectacle that is put on for the community and families is given more effort than the day to day in the classrooms.
