Management is a bit wishy-washy and indirect.
Working environment is very gossipy and ending up on anyone's bad side can unfortunately, heavily effect you.
They are not keen on new ideas or employees standing up for themselves.
Unexpected layoffs, with terrible severance.
Hard work is not rewarded.
Low pay.
