Lot of learning, Startup environment, Real time projects, Dealing with clients on a regular basis, Very Rewarding job, Lot of travel in India. Every one is friendly and it feels like one big family.

Needs a very creative attitude even under pressure. Deadlines are short and all the projects have equal important and priority. The office space has a startup environment and could be better if it had a more professional look.
