Other Employee Reviews
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
You get rewarded for the effort you put in. If you want to learn and grow here, there is ample opportunity to do so. If your attitude is "that's not my job", you will struggle. Vacation and Medical Benefits as well as opportunities to do remote work is great.
Cons
401K plan could be better.

Pros
Reimbursement for travel expenses and cost of living when on assignment. Working for clients directly and encompassing mitigations for construction delays using risk analysis and metrics data for the clients in daily or weekly and certainly final reports. This is a great company to work for if you are looking to network, and advance your career into the NASDAQ employer realm. Advancement and pay raises are virtually based on what someone at a VP level thinks of you as a person. They also employ 1099's however and this is a great way for many to make a comfortable living. The overhead is paid for by billable hours worked and thus they keep employees busy, just rarely informed.

A lack of professional advancement, leadership, and employees conducting reviews of themselves and on a self-performing basis. Those capable of forming relationships within the company can expect to advance not on their abilities or compassion for team members and collaboration but rather on what the senior management thinks of the person's character. The company is a vacuum when it comes to practicing what is preached. BVPI family is a buzzword, and many employees were incapable of the assignments given. The meetings are boring and typically involve complaints within the company about the clients and the lack of general support. The culture and values of the company are merely on paper and not practiced.
