      ros They have good health insurance and competitive 401k plans available to employees. They offer great training to prepare you for the real world.

      Cons

      Cons You are not always aware of the direction of the company. There are some decisions that are made that do not make sense to those in the office.

      Work from home Flexitime (but have morning meetings everyday) You have a chance to voice out your opinions even if you're fairly new

      Cons

      No bonuses except when the company has a good sales in a year No holidays except for Christmas and new year (usually 1 week) No benefits
