Senior Management horribly detached from what’s happening “on the ground” and keep themselves distanced from the workforce. Advice from experienced people is mostly ignored, with C-Suite making the (often flawed) decisions in areas they have little or not relevant experience in.
Objectives change at random, depending on who’s “shouting” the loudest, leading to much confusion.
HR send out numerous surveys but rarely action/answer the pertinent questions. However, the “amazing culture” propaganda is squawked loud and often, which is somewhat ironic.
Training is extremely poor, with limited options.
