Pros
Good pay, cool co workers (you might end up meeting some friends for life), reliable raises, yummy ice cream.
Cons
This job is hard work because it is a busy ice cream shop. A lot of people will end up with a wrist related injury if you work here too long, so dont plan on working here too long. Luckily if they like you they will give you different opportunities in the general bi rite company (grocery, bakery, restaurant, farm). The key word is if they like you. If they dont like you and you dont fit their mold, you wont really move on or up to anywhere.
