Process flow very messy Ppl working here not system minded Outdated as still using alot paper instead of go “E” Double/ triple standard for different industry part. Prod and quality not working well together. Higher management always interrupts the decisions made by QA dept. Verbal waiver is given out to release the appearance defective part. One man show, need to handle supplier, customer, Internal tooling manufacture FA.
