      Really good benefits and incentive (stocks and shares, healthcare etc.)

      Cons

      Far too easy for your work to get lost in the crowd at such a large company. Difficult to learn new things in a rigid employee structure. Very easy to feel unappreciated.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
