Paid lunch. Good location. Convenient for chase bank customers. Endless hand sanitizer. Free coffee. Stairwell incase you're afraid of slow elevators. Closed on the weekend. 2% yearly raise if you're good.
Cons
Basic Home Infusion recently saw about 30 employees come and go in 2014 alone. Their turn over rate has always been high but they really cleaned up shop these past few months. Many of these employees were long time workers who weren't given any explanation except that the company was "going in a different direction". Management is solely focused on profit and has zero concern about the well being of their employees. A perfect example of what you'd be dealing with are the previous reviews where current employees (aka management) are name calling and using negative words like "disgruntled" and "losers" and saying we have "too much time on our hands" Shame on you, bullies! To keep myself anonymous I won't disclose the massive amount of information I could use to have everyone running for the hills but I will say to all future (and current) employees- the grass is indeed greener on the other side :-) Sincerely, Disgruntled employee #147
