Pros

Great projects with impact. Flexibility- you don't need to go to the office as long as you deliver Pay not bad although not above average. Some nice and smart people.

Cons

Overall toxic environment! A few people call the shots and you need to align with them to survive. A lot of politics as each employee struggles to survive. Effort is not rewarded. High-pressure environment-Few employees and lots of work. Sometimes you are forced to work overnight.

Pros

Pay is good. Very independent work with a lot of space for driving your personal work. If you are proactive you can push for interesting work. Fellow partners are fantastic professionals, very committed. Very little politics and bureaucracy to deal with compared to other organizations.

Cons

On the other hand, given its remoteness, and if you are not proactive on constantly looking for projects, you can easily feel a bit detached of the work and thew company culture.
