      Cons

      - Arrogant senior leadership. Don’t listen to anyone and is disrespectful with the team. - Harassment is the management style. - Culture of fear beautified with a cool office and nice branding. - Success theatre is the norm (despite of what the leadership says). - People with no experience and no clue on what they are doing making decisions that are gonna hurt the business in the long run.

      401k match HR and IT team are good Free shoes every year 6 months maternity

      Cons

      Unfair treatment after maternity, manager and leadership not supportive after, expected to be the highest performer and make up for your time off during maternity. No raises given for 2-3 years even if you put in extra effort.
