1. Deliberate Salary delay 2. Unreliable deadlines and unecssary pressure to the point of working to exhaustion, less resources and no payment for overtime 3. You work without any growth..only your design managers get appreciated 4. No bonus 5. Too many staff and too little toilet 6. Poor quality of deliverables 7. Lousy admin staff 8. Great ambition but poor execution 9..higher atttrition rate eve wothout completing probation...some people even leave job without getting an offer in hand 10. Industrial atmosphere than architectural studio All these ugly truths is widely known but none cares !!
