Decent pay for the role

I personally felt a bit micro-managed, which I didn't like. We also had to do some of the role for the sales team - without making any commissions - so both the sales team would be losing out on making more money and we would be doing extra work for a role that we're not in for free

Pros

Set own hours. Paid quickly. Work from home.

Cons

Algorithms sometimes are not in your favor and it can depend on the quality of calls you're assigned. Not all directions are clear on how to respond to certain "promotions." People are not expecting you to call while they are on the company's website looking for insurance information or quotes and can get angry.
