Weekly pay and depending on how small your route you can get off early.

The pay compared to the number of stops and physical labor. You are moving anything from furniture, refrigerators, sectional, and 50 pounds of dog food by yourself. You can deliver up to 233 packages a day depending on your route. Company don't give raises that often.
