Good Company Culture - Operations Applied Engineering Employee Review

Being working for many CM companies for the last +20yrs, this place is the best company that I have worked for. Great peoples from top to bottom.

Could be little bit more efficient.

Not many, pay is decent but this is not a great place to work

Extremely chaotic, priorities change mutlitple times daily. Regular layoffs, there were rounds of layoffs pretty much every year that I worked there. The company is not doing well financially, current employees have been on furlough since June of 2025 and more layoffs are expected.
