      Pros

      A very good culture , nice products , opportunities & new Pune office is cherry on the cake. A great efforts of senior management & our India head to get this into reality. I have been working with this organisation more than a year now & I am really happy with open culture & freedom for decision making here. This is the organisation where you will always get new work to work - a great work satisfaction.

      Cons

      being product organisation , it should have 6 monthly appraisals where December should be a market adjustment.

      Exposure to international markets and culture

      Cons

      Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.
