Pros
The pay was decent and they have nice perks along with benefits package. Free food during busy season, nice office enviorment, occasional traveling (pre-COVID).
Cons
My time working here I experienced prehaps the worst case of micromanagement EVER in my career thus far. I mean it was BAD. There was absolutely no respect for personal time after hours and you are expected to be available ALL hours of the day as an entry level associate. The busy season is bad enough but you will also be on-call during busy season which was a complete nightmare. You will be working 7 days a week sometimes 12 to 14 hours while on-call. There was no compromise or ability to come in a little later after being on-call. You were expected to be at work the following Monday at 8:15am. You are expected to document EVERY hour you are doing something. I would get pings from my manager if my teams status was away for 10 mins (absolutely ridiculous). We were short staffed but expected to support 2000+ users. Poor project management and lack of documented internal processes caused a HIGHLY stressful and reactive environment. Got emails after hours asking for status updates. Blatant favoritism displayed by the Technology MD and borderline bullying tactics during meetings if people do not respond to tickets at 6am in the morning before business hours. Promotion and evaluation system is a complete joke. Management will randomly route tickets to you with no explanation on how to complete the ticket or any regard to your current workload. Sucks because some of the people there were cool but management practices were horrible. When I finally escaped it was the most revitalizing moment ever due to the fact my mental and physical health was deteriorating in this place. NEVER again..
