Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing
You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
