      Pros

      Annual work events Nice views from the office.

      In my opinion the culture is terrible and hostile. Personally witnessed what I perceived asbullying from a number of different managers. People disappear regularly with no explanation Benefits are no better than any other med coms agency in the area Favoritism is a huge problem here. Never witnessed anything like it in any other company. Some people work all hours meeting deadlines while others do very little but it gets completely ignored. Extreme lack of diversity with no urgency for change. Just look at the their LinkedIn profile members. Many managers do little to no work with no consequences. No work life balance The company itself inflates it’s own glassdoor rating by emailing staff to make reviews about the company. This is because it was receiving so many negative comments. I think Glassdoor should really monitor this as it creates a false appearance Forced into being flexible because of the recent pandemic not because it’s “altogether different”

      Pros

      Small agency feel with access to a large global network of specialized talent. Staffed with top talent and capable managers who allow their teams to run the business in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative manner. The company is not overly consumed with instilling process but it does exist where it makes sense. Team members can swim in and out of their lanes to help support one another. This approach leads to a very agile, flexible and collaborative workforce. There are opportunities to leverage your strengths and experiences and develop new skills in the process. Truly unique and refreshing.

      - Wonderful group of people - Great for writers who like to wear multiple hats in fast-paced environment - Develop meaningful relationships with clients - Very much into feedback culture

      Cons

      - No time or resources for career development - Few opportunities for mentorship due to no junior writers - Can take feedback culture a bit too far - Slightly clique-ish
