1. Flexible timings (Timings in office dont matter, just they want the quality of work, if work is done or no work for the day, we may leave) 2. Too much respect in team (Im a fresher, still my team PBG-CRM-Core considers me in high level discussions also) 3. The best work-life balance (Its great in my team) 4. Awesome environment and talented people 5. Good manager (I can talk to my manager like how I talk to my friend about anything and my manager also understands me) 6. Place to grow (In AMDOCS, training always go on, anytime if you feel you need to enroll for any training, coordinate your plan to your manager and done!!, any training you can take. Personal development is very good) 7. Very good opportunities 8. Good food (Here morning and evening snacks are free and lunch is only Rs.30/- and too good) 9. Care/Respect (Management is good here, once I had to refer my friend and by mistake the job got closed, I wrote to the HRs and immediately they took that important and solved it)
