      Good work life balance, opportunities for hard workers. Good place to work, people are very friendly and there are many opportunities for hard workers.

      To many projects going on at one time, losing focus of corporate goals. Like every companies RIF are apart of business

      Pros

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Cons

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
