Horrible Accounting Department (Otherwise good company) - Accountant Allied Telecom Group Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your experience at Allied. We appreciate the “Pros” you pointed out, as we work very hard to ensure that our employees are well taken care of, from competitive salaries to healthy snacks in the cafe! Your compliments about those, as well as our benefits, really mean a lot to us! I am sorry to hear, however, that your experience working in Accounting was less than positive. While I can’t speak to the filing situation specifically, we do recognize that we have areas where we need to grow. Being a company of our size, with our plans for rapid growth, we find that we do experience some “growing pains,” similar to that of a start-up company. One might even use the word “chaotic” from time to time, if I’m being totally honest. I assure you, though, that we are working very hard on the areas where improvement is needed, including ensuring our teams are fully staffed. While this won’t be fixed overnight, we are making strides in the right direction, and this will remain a focus as the company continues to grow and evolve.
