Horrible management, just worries about what shows on the bottom line, not the future. Building equipment which are not tested before install, many complaints, warranties and unhappy customers. Even after a RECORD year with the highest profits in history NO raises. Since the new owners the benefits have went downhill. Very poor and expensive insurance, cut 401k matching amounts, cut overtime and have made a company which use to be full of happy, long terms employees one of very unhappy short term employees. Revolving door in Engineering due to the poor pay, high expectations with limited resources and the long hours with no overtime as they are salaried. No respect for employees, most of management talks down to them. No future for new hires, if you are not part of the "Good Old Boys Club" you will always be an outsider.
