      Get to touch a good amount of different technologies and systems besides this nothing else. CTO is knowledgable but has to have his hands in everything.

      Cons

      Everything is extremely unprofessional. Supposed to get reviews quarterly but they never happen. Bonuses are said to exist but they're a myth

      Relaxed but productive work environment. Great opportunity to develope skills. Friendly and considerate management. Flexible hours and fair compensation. Overall an enjoyable company to work for.

      Cons

      People could do a better job at cleaning their dishes after lunch.

      COO Sandra is a very decent person, easy to work with.

      Cons

      For tech team, it's a mess. CTO might know lots about tech but he doesn't know how to manage the team. Lots of ego.
