Pros
You will get to work on good projects and learn and develop some good skills but this should not be only criterion for selecting a company. You will have to look for the companies that treat their employees well, they provide creative environment where you can work grow not only professionally but also in personal life. As a fresher we don’t realise this all we think about learning but do take this into account because it can really affect your future life.
Cons
It has the worst working environment. There is no work life balance. They treat their employees really bad. And they mostly hire freshers on very low packages the main philosophy behind this is that the employees anyways leave the company in 2 years so by hiring freshers they will have to pay less and get more work done. Which is very bad thing because freshers get stuck until they have good experience for them being able to change their job. And they end up tolerating bad treatments from their employers.
